No customer service and daylight *******.

Subscribed for their service thinking this would be a nice wat to quickly consolidate packages in the UK before shipping. Think again! Do not use this company. Parcels were delivered on the 28th and 29th of Sept. After 6 queries from my side it was finally app**** to my suite only on the 24th of Oct!!! Almost an entire month later. T&C's are 3 days from delivery. I requested that the shipment and low and behold we are already over the 4 business days mark and still not shipped. Customer service are useless as well. They just give you a generic apology msg thanks you for you patience and can't say when your shipment will actually be processed. In the meantime you need to keep paying for a non existing service while they keep you package hostage to get more monthly fees. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ****.
