myus.com *******ion and Theft of property

This company has put me into debt, they don't refund missing goods shipped from the USA. They instead credit your account which never happened in my case I have lost 2 computers/Stylus Pens/Keyboards and other accessories which I was never reimbursed for. Furthermore I have reported another Computer Tablet to the U.S Postal inspector as missing after the USPS delivery supervisor told me that the Microsoft Surface Pro X was delivered to their Florida facility and that I should contact ***. This individual has not responded to my emails once and the facility claims they have never received my computer worth 700$US. I was told it was received by myus facility on 13 September 2023, it is missing until today.

Furthermore they charge clients with additional insurance on shipments but yet we are not able to claim with the relevant shipper ie Aramex/FedEx/DHL because the items are shipped by myus.com therefore they have to submit the claim and we merely get a credit on our account, which could be beneficial however they are committed to keeping the insurance money as a side line income and try everything not to pay you. It's a classic ****!

*Whereby they use delay tactics to throw you off and each consultant treats your case as a new case even if you supply them with a reference number. *They only keep records for three months.

***Photos are to be taken of each item received upon receipt, so why then send an empty box from the facility in Florida to South Africa and then claim I was ****med when buying the item*** very important evidence***

This activity put my credit card payments behind and to date I have never been able to catch up. I buy and sell computers and software for profit am a small businesses and could not afford R40000.00 loss out of my buying cash flow.
