They are terrible at providing assistance with anything. They put their own pricing in. They don’t ask what the real price is first and they steel items and send you the empty box which we have paid for and paid taxes on. Then when the replacement item is sent they put it at a higher cost and charge you again for taxes and duties. Their staff on the chat line are rude and do not deal with the issues at hand. They are unprofessional and rudely state that they have been on the chat for half an hour already and can we close this chat now even though nothing has been resolved. Do not use them find someone else to do your shopping for you. They are actually not even a one star rating.
