Money taken, order non-existent.

I placed an order with MyUs for a few parts from USA to SA. After checkout, I was given an order number and money deducted, but got given no confirmation email and when I try track the parcel, it says my order doesn't exist. I've sent countless emails 2 weeks ago that have received no response thus far. I've sent messages on Facebook Messenger as well but no luck there either. I've tried their website chat option, but it just says agents unavailable constantly. Absolutely pathetic customer service and workmanship.
