Been 3 month, Not delivered

First time using MyUs.com and I must say I’m beyond disappointed with their service. I actually regret every single day using them. It has been 3 month now and no sign of my shipment ACC2910US***. I have been in contact with them to provide me tracking number from FedEx instead I’m being taken for fool and provided with a tracking number of a package delivered in the US whereas my shipping address is South Africa. I am fed up.
