Asks me extra money to fix their mistakes

I ordered a professional E-sports mouse that isn't available in South Africa and have been waiting for a week for my items to get processed after delays on their part. They have now emailed me to tell me that there is an issue with the suite number or something and its going to cost an additional $9 to fix their own mistake. DO NOT IMPORT FROM THIS COMPANY.
