MYTHOS MENLYN MAINE CALLED SECURITY WITH A GUN ON US FOR COMPLAINING

We were at Mythos Menlyn Maine today. My cousin ordered a meal, which CLEARLY has squid heads, based on the picture on the menu. The waitress told her it was a Meze Platter for 2, I said I would share with her. The platter arrives, we enjoy it. Then my cousin realises “wait, where are my squid heads?”. The waitress tells her they are not part of the meal, they are just “decorative” on the picture. We are obviously upset by this as we ordered based on the picture, we ask for the manager. Long story short, the manager sent the senior manager who takes a call while we are talking to her (and continuing to order drinks and cakes from our waitress). She says she will return. Instead of returning, a security guard WITH A GUN comes to our table with our bill telling us that we apparently “refused to pay our bill” and management is asking us to settle and leave!!! We were STUNNED as we were still waiting for the manager to get back to us. The security escorted me to the manager to try and clarify what was happening. I asked the manager at what point did we refuse to pay the bill? She said we intimidated her waitress and she felt “unsafe” dealing with us. The VERY SAME waitress who kept taking our orders for cake and wine after we complained SUDDENLY felt unsafe. They said we shouted and caused a scene. I asked WHEN??? As we spoke calmly to them whole time (except after the gun incident, of course). I asked them if their response to customers complaining was always to call someone WITH A GUN on them, they said it was for their protection!!! We complained because their waitress did not explain the contents of the platter versus the picture and, as a result, a man WITH A GUN was sent to ask us to leave the restaurant!!! An entire gun!!!
