Horrific!

Mythos Suncoast... From the manager, Hugh all the way down to the food, absolutely horrible experience. I really hope and pray the owner finds this review as I only returned to mythos due to his brilliant hospitality and service. Rump steak was way too salty, too much fat and very chewy. Medium request. The chips tasted of old oil rather than potato. The waitress served wine in two different shape glasses, no problem... But poured the wine from the top that splattered all over the glass. The waiter said nothing, no welcome and greeting.... Same as the manager and his attitude. When we complained and ask for the manager, a gentleman by the name of Hugh came through. He argued that the fat content is normal for a 200g rump steak and said nothing about the extra salt and old oil. No apologies and still argued about the steak. Pictures are taken. Judge for yourself if that's worthit. I hope the owner sees this so he can give his business the attention it needs and teach his manager some vital management skills. No wonder it's the quietest restaurant in Suncoast.
