Furious Mythos Christmas Service

<p>I made a booking for Christmas lunch at Mythos Monte Casino a week or two prior. I had to because we had wonderfull service with the year end dinner I organised there. </p> <p> </p> <p>Our booking was for four at 12:30 25 December, we got there and the place was busy but it is in a casino so nothing strange for them. We placed our order for starters and main.</p> <p> </p> <p>One hour passed with no food yet and I asked the waiter everytime she passed our table ( not asking if we need anything or informing us on what is going on) when are we getting our starters, no real answer just they are busy, then I asked the floor manager where is our starters and she rep**** they are busy we will get it soon..... </p> <p> </p> <p>It was now an hour and half and no food, then I asked for the dips and pita bread that I ordered so we can at least eat something , how long can starters take to make if it's s only dips and bread. </p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway 2 hours later and still no starters, just as I got up they brought one of our starters only. I asked for the bill for our drinks and the little starters they brought and went up to the kitchen were the manager was and I told her how I felt and that we cannot wait for starters 2 hours , she only rep**** that she is sorry and we left. What will sorry help me?</p> <p> </p> <p>We drove an hour to get there, waited two hours for nothing had to walk around to get another place to eat, ended up with cake and a plate of chips for Christmas lunch. How nice?</p> <p> </p> <p>While my family were eating their cake I went back and asked for the "main" manager, I explained what happened and started crying because our lunch was ruined and she said she will go find out what happened and phone me back.</p> <p>After 30-40 min the hostess phoned back and said our food is on the table!!!!!</p> <p>Nobody wanted to eat anymore because we were to upset, I told her we are not going to eat there why did they do that, the Manager must phone me! She never phoned back......</p> <p> </p> <p>So Mythos wasted 4 -5 hours of our Christmas day and made it VERY unpleasant!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never recommend someone again after that or do any functions there as well! </p> <p> </p>
