Booking

<p>I have make a booking at Mythos Cradlestone per Booking Fasility on their Website as well as confirm per telephone.The booking was made on 06/07/17 at 09h00 the morning.I have dailed in at 10h30 to confirm booking.With my arrival at Mythos at 18h50 on the Friday they have not booked my table or it was already occupied.I have request with my booking i want a table in the middle of the restuarant.The manager on site that evening offer me a table at the entrance which i don't accept because it was very cold.He then becomes rude and ask me what is my issue,the table is stll in the restuarant.My Question to him what is the purpose of booking a spesific area/table upfront and now it is not available.I then left the Restuarant and going to another restuarant.This is not the first time i have visit the restuarant,but the first experience with a rude unhelpfull owner.</p>
