Kids suffering

My Student SA is treating our kids so bad. I have requested to cancel the contract with them as there is always an issue with electricity that makes our kids not be able to study, now its even worse the kids cannot bath as the place is flooding with water that is coming inside the shower to there bedrooms. I spoke to the manager of Willows Vanessa and she sent another lady Palesa Rantsoareng to call me and I was promised to receive a call back up until today I have never received a call since the 26 April regarding the electricity issue so now its been 3 days with our daughters not taking a shower to go to school. I told them I'm moving my daughter they said I must pay R15000 if I want to do that. I have pictures I want to attach so everyone can see what I am talking about. If anyone can help us move our kids out of that student accommodation so we can help the girls.
