Bad service

Client service very bad, very rude and don't know how to talk to a person even if they are in the wrong. Have no idea how it is to handle a client and don't care at all. They have a stinking attitude towards you as a client. Mind you, having travelled from Gauteng to their Paarl branch. I arrived at 8am in the morning and had to wait for over an hour to be assisted by the sales team!
