Refund promise

At the beginning of April 2021, I ordered some sofa covers online. On receipt, I found the covers not suitable for my sofas and returned them to the company. They acknowledged receipt on 28 April 2021 and undertook to refund me as soon as possible. Despite several promises, I have not yet received any refund on 16 June 2021.
