Ordered express delivery - goods not delivered

I saw Product online in January 2015<br> I ordered - approx $ 150 <br> Requested express shipping <br> When i inquired they said that express doest not go to South Africa and goods were sent regular mail<br> I still don't have my product April 2015<br> I want a refund
