My Smooth Skin, payment process Not user friendly!

My Smooth Skin's ordering process is Not user friendly at all. The website wouldn't accept FNB which is a well known bank in South Africa, I then had to resort to Eft payment which then the website had issues with as well. Other family members then tried ordering the device, which then also experienced similar difficulties. I'm very well acquainted with online shopping and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. Completely put me off of buying their device.
