Very poor service

Each and every month since I subscribed I had a problem. I feel that I need to vent and what better place than hello peter: <br> <br> * My dt order didn't go off beginning of the month due to changed banking details. <br> * I contacted mysmartkid around the 6th to have it ammended asap.<br> * I had to follow up more than once and the dt was only deducted the 16th. <br> * Then I had to follow up again to hear when my parcel will be couriered. <br> * I received feedback today that it will be couriered and I will receive it in 8 to 10 working days. Seriously?!?! What courier to you use? <br> <br> It therefor means that I will receive the items more than a month after I should have received it. I contacted mysmartkid VARIOUS times to expedite the matter. Their response varied between rude, passing the buck, slow and explicitly stating that they are not accepting any responsibility for this poor service. <br> <br> I wish there were an alternative program as I am so fed up, but feel held hostage in a weird sens.
