STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

<p>I contact My smaft kid to please cancel my membership because i was not happy with their product no longer, withthat the lady told me she will stop the debit order from going off my account the amount of R412, then 1 week later i saw the debit order went off my account, (no product received) i contacted them to ask why they took the money off and to refund my money, the lady said the first lady didnt process the refund, she will process it, it will take 8 days, we waited 8 days nothing, contact them for the third time and the gentlement said the refund was not process, i was fuming at this stage, cause technically Mysmartkids has ****** my money out my account and no product in return, R412, i contacted the accounts department the lady said she will process it,8 days still nothing, contacted the again today and they said they will process it and it will take 14 days this time.. I want my money back !!!!!!!!!!! Bad Service!!!! Theifs!!!</p>
