Poor Service / no goods

I signed up at the Mama Magic show we waited for someone to contact us to payment, we gave the details, we were even phoned back later and were told payment was successful then after waiting for weeks/month we made contact via facebook where someone helped us yet again no payment gone through and no follow up, last week I decide let me do the whole process again as this has been 3 months I should be receiving my 2nd box and haven't even received one, so I did and I selected payment via debit order which it stated within 2 days a week later and there is nothing I am still waiting! Will I ever get my box or should I go somewhere else?????
