Parcel missing

<p>I have been phoning almost every day since 10/08/2016 up till today (17/08/2016) to find out where my “Smartbox” is</p> <p>Money was deducted from my accpunt on 01/08/2016 and no one can give me any information on it’s whereabouts’</p> <p>The “tracking no” I have been given is not recognized by the courier company, so I have no way of following up with them. I have been told numerous times that someone will get back to me after investigating the matter but no one ever does</p> <p>Last call I made, I was told that it was sent off on the 11/08/2016, despite the fact that the first time I called, I was told it was sent off on the 04/08/2016</p> <p>Today after being given the same story yet again. I asked to speak to someone in charge. I was told to hold on and after 5 min the call was dropped. When I tried to phone back no one answer my call</p> <p> </p>
