Not so great....

My Smart Kid is advertising everywhere to join them, however please be aware to carefully read the T&C's. It only mentions in the T&C's that this is a 12 month subscription. Also the delivery cost of (R67) is not included in the R325. I received my first box and was quite disappointed in the contents to say the least. Three simple basic toys ..... I could have bought more imaginative and educational toys myself at Toys R Us or Baby City. When I advised them I want to cancel (within 14 days of receipt of course), i need to return the box at my own cost AND provide them with bank statement where THEY deducted the money in the first place before they will refund. Now that they know i want to cancel they are very slow to reply to my emails which means more expense on my part as i have to phone with any queries! Then i was provided with a Private Bag address to return the box, however Post Net says that My Smart Kid needs to arrange with the courier company to pick up and return the box, we'll see what MSK replies to that. I would not recommend MSK.
