No goods delivered

<p>I have been subscribed to MySmartKid for 6 months. My first parcel arrived about 2 weeks after the debit order, the second time, about 3 weeks and this month the parcel has not arrived at all. I have called the call centre about 7 times - each time holding on for more than 15 minutes. </p> <p>The agents also promise to find out where the parcel is and call you back - they dont. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you are thinking of signing up - i strongly advise against it - the service is shocking and they take your money without delivering the items. I can't understand how it can take a month to deliver a parcel. I'm not even sure if i will even get my parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
