Disgusting service
Debit order runs every 2 months without fail. MSK send letters out regarding their change of delivery methods. I choose Posted. They ask me which branch, which I supply. Their website says my box was packed and dispatched on 03.05.2015. After numerous calls to their call centre to track my parcel I am promised three times that I will get my box delivered by courier. Each time I am promised this I am told to wait 7 to 10 working days for this delivery. Again today, when I phone to follow up on my box, I am promised delivery within 7 to 10 working days. Unacceptable! Let me rather cancel and go to Bundle Box. Surely I will get better service than this!!!
