Collected premium prior i accept the cover

<p>i am still awaiting on my refund , last month i was on there website put all my information when i realised that they will collect the same day i decided to leave the page and not accept that was in august the i was charged R100</p> <p>bank charges, come the 1 september they collected till now no refund stories they dont reply to my email nor take my calls, last week thwey promised my refund will be into my account today nothing still they are not taking my calls.</p> <p>really i wanted to join them but there service is really bad </p>
