Appalling service

<p>On the 9th of September I received my daughters box from My Smart Kid. Once again very dissapointed with the contents as all the contents in the box I can buy myself for much cheaper, but lets leave it at that. The finger paint in the box was damaged as one of the containers leaked and the so-called A4 Chalk board we received does not work, bacause it has a smooth, shiny surface, so the chalk does not write on it. I emailed My Smart Kid on the 12th of September complaining about the above mentioned and asked them to replace the items as soon as possible and I also requested that they cancel my subscription. Since then I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions, but their call center keeps saying they have high call volumes and I should email them instead, emails which they do not answer. </p>
