Surely the worst company to do business with....
<p>I cannot understand how a business can be succesful if this is the kind of service it gives. We have ordered a package from their web site at the end of July. It is now beginning November, after numerous calls, emails and Facebook posts we still don't have the package. I have heard every excuse imaginable, from I did not pay, then sending proof of payment, to they are not sure what went wrong. Each time promises are made of calls being returned but this also seem to almost never happen. it is absolutely pathetic, I will never advise anybody to buy something from this company!</p>

I appreciate the feedback, however I seriously doubt that I will see that package soon. There has been numerous times that somebody spoke to us, even yesterday I spoke to someone there and she promised to phone me back by 12 today, and then nothing happens. I really don't have faith in any promises made to me by your company. My wife did confirm that Estrolita spoke to her, but whether or not we will receive the package anytime soon I guess we will have to wait and see.
