Poor service

<p>How pathetic can a company be? We have delivering issues EVERY time!! We are still waiting for our September package and it is almost middle November. This means that they are 2 packages behind,again!! How many times do I have to call this company? Every time you get hold of them, they promise to call you back but NEVER do. We had trouble with them from day 1. Will NEVER recommend them. Dont even let me start with the long waiting times for a call center operater to answer your call! Every time one has to explain the whole issue over and over again, this company is pathetic.</p>
