Do not except cancellation

Hi. I have joined the my smart kid programme with them. On their page they say should you not be happy with the service you can cancel your subscription. Now my son finds no interest in the things they send. I did tell them this and they said I signed a 1year Contract witch will en my June 2015. But still monthly after numerous emails they do not want to cancel my subscription. This is bad service as I do have all the emails send and keep on sending email after email. They were fast to ask for money but till today I am not getting any response or feedback regarding my cancellation.
