A big thanks to Kershe Armoed & Raymond Cairns after a disappointing start with myslimkind.com

<p>We received our first box on 5 August 2016. The box did not include the promised welcome gifts ***l backpack & handbook on Early Childhood Development). After numerous calls and emails I was told that the missing items would be delivered however it never was. I tried to contact the manager (Tertia Pietersen) and left messages on a couple of occassions but I had no success with that. The operations manager (Greg Nael) was also out of the office or unavailable when I tried to contact him. They either never received my messages or simply did not return them.</p> <p>On 26 September I called again. Fortunately this time Kershe Armoed answered my call and with the assistance of Raymond Cairns (IT) the issue was resolved. I received my package the next week (after trying for almost 2 months!!).</p> <p>myslimkind has sent an email explaining the obstacles they have had to overcome in the past few months and I appreciate that. I also understand that these things happen (missing items from box) but it doesn't justify the unkept word of the individuals or non-reply by the managers named above.</p> <p>If it wasn't for Kershe & Raymond I would have requested that my subscription be cancelled.</p> <p>Myslimkind, I believe you have an amazing product. It would be in your interest however to ensure your employees/managers don't ruin your reputation.</p>
