Terrible customer service!!!

I read some of these reviews and cannot believe that there are customers saying they received their orders quickly or quicker than expected.

I am still waiting for an order from the 26th of June. I have requested feedback numerous times and receive open ended replies when I am fortunate enough to get one. I requested info on my order and if there are an issue with any of the items after 5 days of no feedback. I was told no issues order is being processed. Next day i was told one item is out of stock. They graciously swapped the item for a similar more expensive item at no cost to me. However its a week later no feedback no shipping info...

This is by far the worst service I have received from any E-commerce platform.
