******** & Dishonest

I have purchased items from this dreadful store. Ordered two products, one faulty and I sent proof, other product not sent via courier ( also paid for "Peace of Mind Delivery") which supposed to ensure I get all products delivered, guaranteed. After numerous enquiries with the Whattsapp and telephone calls, no refund yet received. Insisted that I buy batteries & open it from sealed pack and send a video of faulty product being tested, to which I obliged & proved its faulty. No feedback, no response after pleas for the owner to contact me or provide a refund as the staff just take messages with no feedback. It's been months of wasted telphone calls.

This is a warning to potential customers to stay away from this store. Products that are faulty become your problem, quality is Chinese knock offs. I paid over R700, one faulty product, other product not delivered. It's been 5 months of no positive response. Last call was last month which I was demanded to remove my previous negative review then only would they consider providing a " possible voucher" . There are many negative reviews on this store, do yourself a favour and don't fall into this trap like many of us did, you've been warned!!!! NB: Take note when negative reviews are uploaded there is sudden influx of positive reviews uploaded of how friendly & efficient they are which is done by "other customers", of which only some are genuine customers ....make one think...doesn't it?

NB: This store must be boycotted by all of us that have been taken for a ride, no refunds of faulty products , not all products delivered yet payments made, empty responses of emails & telephone calls, promises of getting back to you once addressed with owner, not forgetting avoiding your cellphone numbers when calling them.
