Please watch out for this company

Absolutely pathetic service

Add this online store to your "do not deal list..." Take your hard earned money elsewhere...

I've placed an order on the 6th of April 2018 and unfortunately I made payment immediately into their account...haven't heard anything from them (I have been sending them numerous emails as well as calling them on ********** / ********** unfortunately it just goes to voicemail they never respond) On the 2nd of May 2018 I got received an email from them "Hi sorting it out now

On the 12th of May 2018 I sent them my banking details and requested a refund since they're still haven't fulfilled my order or even contacted me with tracking information or anything

Over a month later 14th May 2018 I received an automated email "your order has been received and is now being processed"

15th of May 2018 I received a call from them informing me that unfortunately the item I ordered is not in stock (keep it mind that when I placed the order on the 6th of April the item was in stock and even listed on their bidorbuy account) I request a refund and since then I haven't heard back from them at all...

Requested to speak to the manager...I keep getting told by the assistant the "he is in a meeting or he is not in and he will call me back" which never happened...

Last week Friday 15th June 2018 when I called...I was told that they would do the refund later that day...which never happened

The assistant has even assured me numerous times that he will sort the matter out with his boss and I will receive a refund...which to date hasn't happened...I'm absolutely fed up now and will take this matter up further if it does not get resolved soon...

They've had more than enough time to resolve this matter but failed to do so...
