Greedy, arrogant business people.

The most terrible shop to buy from. To cut costs I sent a defective item via registered mail and they refuse to fetch it from their nearby post office because the Ts and Cs say it should be couriered! The arrogance of their whatsapp consultants shows that they do not give a damn about aggrieved customers and like greedy business people that they truly are, aren't even fazed by meeting the customer half way, they'd rather have the post office send the itme back to another province than walk down the street to fetch it. These people have questionable business acumen and arrogance that trample upon customers. As long as they get the money, they don't give a rats ass about meeting the customer halfway. I've taken this to the CCB. These guys are disgusting to the core
