Wrong order

I ordered for shoes, and 1 of the pairs had 2 left leg. I logged a return and it has been 2 weeks waiting for them to come take. I keep sending emails and being told a courier is coming today,this has been going on for 2 weeks now . I just need my refund since the person responsible for packaging was not paying attention when they pack my order and now I have to keep begging to be assisted. This is not good customer service.
