Worst shopping experience

This was the worst shopping experience, I purchased a pair of Timberland boots. The item came through to me in used condition with stains and a tear. I reached out to MyRunaway and they arranged for collection of the item, after numerous calls and emails, requesting a store credit ,7 days later instead of a store credit the reversal goes through another method of refund. I have asked for this to be reversed since I am not aware of this method of paymentand am told that this can't be done and i now need to inconvenience myself and reach out to this company and wait longer for my refund. Yet it was not an error of mine..
