WORST SERVICE BY FAR (DISAPPOINTED)

Worst service by far ordered on the 17th Dec and today is already the 24th Dec still no package called and spoke to Carla and she promised the package will be delivered by the 23rd and even mentioned she put a note to call me when the courier arrives and she mentioned there was a note on the courier side saying package is rerouted no call no SMS nothing was sent asking her what rerouted note means she also didn't know what exactly it means worse service by far from Myrunway and we always order but this has just put me off from ordering in the future.
