Worst experience

I ordered shoes from my runway firstly it took 10 days to be delivered instead of 3-5 days,then the shoe size delivered was wrong,I sent an email and called to make an exchange which we agreed, only for them to collect the shoes and told me it's no longer in stock just imagine even now when I go on the website they still have stock ,it's the worst service I have got I will never recommend my runway to anyone they are not even apologetic about it wat a bad service never again
