Worst Experience

I have been purchasing on my runaway with no issues , now i placed an order since the 21st July 2025 , I still havent recieved my package . I called the customer care line and they said there is a issue with the system , till to date i still havent recieved my package and there is no update or whats-so ever on email to let me know what the issue is .
