Used Items Sold as New , Very Disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with MyRunway. It took two weeks for the package to be delivered, and out of the three items I ordered, only one was in good condition and the correct size.

The first item was clearly second-hand, with visible scuff marks and signs of wear. The second item was not only the wrong size but also used, the shoes had clearly been worn multiple times and were far from new.

While the third item met expectations, one out of three is simply not good enough. This level of service and quality is unacceptable.
