Unsettled refund- ***

I bought shoes on 16 February 2024, due to non satisfaction I requested a refund, they collected they order on 26 February 2024. I never received my refund until today, every day when I phone their answers start with it should be paid by...., on Monday 11 Mach 2024 I requested to speak with their management and management promised that it will reflect on my bank on Tuesday 12/03 2024 but on Tuesday I phoned them again they promised Wednesday on Wednesday I phoned them again they promised Thursday but today they are not answering my calls they tell me stories that they have a meeting
