The prices draw you in but refunds and customer service is always a nightmare

I always convince myself it will be a better customer experience "next time" because their prices are so good but honestly...you get what you pay for.

I returned some of the items in my order...ant getting a refund from them is like getting blood from stone. It's been over a month now since I hand returned the items to their offices and still I haven't gotten my money back.
