The best return and refund process.

Fast, effortles end efficient return process from Myrunway. Thanks so much Myrunway for allowing multiple returns on one parcel. Some of the sizes were too big and some too small for my son and some I kept because they are just right. The clothes are excellent quality as always, it was hard that i had to return them, especially for my son, the clothes were just what he was looking for. It would be better if Myrunway had an exchange option instead. Then i would have exchanged the clothes sizes instead of taking a refund. A special mention to Kim W from customer service, what a sweet heart. Thanks so much Kim W for explaining the entire refund process to me in a very clear and thoughtful manner, i really and truly appreciated it.
