My order has all of a sudden been cancelled without any communication and they come back and say it’s a “human error” so I ask them about the coupons I used and their agent tells me they will reinstate them. Now it’s been a month going on the second and I’m still going from pillar to post. They take zero accountability for their actions and they have resorted to telling me to contact the coupon service providers instead as if the fault was on my side . Then after writing to them again, the agent now ignores my emails and on their social channels they tell me they will get back to me and they don’t ! It’s pathetic how they act like they are a black market shop it’s really pathetic because I’m still waiting for my query to be resolved since February
