Rusted Sewing Trimmer In My Parcel

My order was delivered to the wrong address, and when I got it (unopened) I found a dangerous rusted sewing trimmer inside the package. I don’t know if this is on the courier service or MyRunway, but someone seriously messed up with the packing. If someone had been *****ed or cut by that, it could lead to serious infections like tet****. This is a major safety concern!
