Runway and DPD laser !!!!!

DPD laser will be your downfall!How do you use such an *********** courier company! It’s the 3rd day of my parcel still not collected by DPD laser.

When I call them ,they hung up on me twice, they also did not respond to my other calls.

I’m so sick of them!

Runway has also not managed to assist me in making sure my parcel is collected !
