Runaway Shoes

I ordered a few items, which included two pairs of shoes. Only one pair was delivered. When calling customer care I was informed the shoes came from the supplier damaged. When I perused the site it displayed no number 5’s.

Now did they run out or was it truly damaged. No feedback was given and a refund processed automatically.

I was waiting for these shoes for an event.

Slightly disappointed in the service.
