RETURN COLLECTION

They delivered my order on the 1st of September 2026, the same day i requested a return on three items. They have been promising to come and collect from the 3rd of September and to date they have not collected, which means the chances of me getting a refund are very slim. I am following up with calls and emails and they promise EVERYDAY that they have escalated the matter and a courier will collect and it has not happened. Very disappointed with the service or the NON service i have received from them!!
