Refund Process Annoying

Kindly assist, I have bought for the first time on Myrunway and the process was easy and received my items on time. The only problem I'm experiencing with them now is the refund process, on their site it says refunds are processed in 3-5 days, but I have struggled to get my refund for return 123910 which I logged on the on the 4th and was collected on the 5th of December I have been very patient and following up with them and they only answer after two to three days. I only received R259 for returns of two pairs which was RR328 for Hi tech sneakers and R475 for Jeep Sneakers. That R259 I received after 18 days and I've been followed up with them, now they are not replying. Please assist in getting R475 remaining as I chose for them to come collect and I want to believe that the R69 collection fee was deducted from the R328 hence the R259 only received.
