Refund Not Received Despite Claims It Was Processed

Terrible experience. I’ve been waiting for a refund since 1 June 2026 and have received nothing but excuses and delays. I even had another order cancelled after this one, and that refund was processed successfully, yet this one is still missing.

My bank confirmed they cannot see any pending refund on their system and advised that the screenshot provided as proof does not confirm that a refund was actually processed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution. I simply want my money back.
