REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I returned an item on the 2nd of January 2025, i received no response what so ever from my runway stating they received the item , I called on the 6th of January just to be told that my refund has been refunded , it is now the 9th of January and i have still not received my refund , i keep being told that the refund has been processed but nothing has been received .
