REFUND

On the 24 November 2023 I bought 2 pairs of sneakers via online shopping from different shops. 1. Zando Puma Shuffle Black-White Team Gold return number from Zando to Myrunway RET-ZWM-*** 2. Myrunway Puma Black/White ever training- Return number ***

Which I had to return both sneakers due to small sizes. When courier company came to collect shoes, they find my mother at home, courier person didn't tell my mother their here to collect for which company. unfortunately, they ended up collecting for incorrect company. Zando took Myrunway shoe and Myrunway took Zando shoe. Zando pick it up that was not their sneakers, but Myrunway refunded me with Zando shoe. Zando phoned me to asking me where their shoes are, I told them Myrunway got the sneaker. Zando requested the courier company to come collect the shoe from them to Myrunway, which they gave the shoe to courier company reference number RET-ZWM-***.

On 7 December 2023 I started communicating with Kira from Myrunway, but she couldn't assist me with my refund. Then on the 15 January 2024 I spoke Natasha still no refund of my return sneaker.

Honestly am angry and disappointed because it's long overdue with this query. I gave me time thinking they will assist me but I can see these no solution.

Can someone help me I want my money.
